The procedures for inserting variables into the POU body vary slightly, depending on the programming editor.
Global variables
Global variables which are inserted into the current POU body are automatically copied into the current POU header and into the selected GVL.
Empty global variable lists are not displayed in the Variables pane.

Move the mouse over a variable to display a tooltip on the variable's properties.
