Shortcuts for programming in LD/FBD

To insert elements, you can use:

  • Shortcuts:

place cursor in grid, and use shortcut for desired element. The new element appears, and it now moves with the cursor. Move element to desired position, and press <Enter> (or single-click left mouse button). A line is drawn to power rail or previous element, if applicable.

  • Intelligent keys:

place cursor in grid at desired position. Press intelligent key (a numeral 1–9) for desired element.

    Tip

If an intelligent key is available, the key numeral also appears directly on the icon (in small blue print in lower left-hand corner).
