Obsolete instruction
This function copies data from a 16-bit variable at input Any16 to an array or a DUT with 16 elements of the data type BOOL to output Bool16.
Thus these complex BOOL data types can be used with all INT or WORD instructions.
This instruction is allowed to be compiled because of the down-compatibility to lower versions but cannot be selected in the Instructions pane anymore. It will be replaced by: WORD_TO_BOOL16.
